I wanted to make Sasha an old fashioned nightgown. I probably wouldn't have chosen this fabric for said nightgown, but hey, I'm also not three years old.
I used vintage pattern Simplicity 5534 with many modifications, especially, adding long sleeves. Thanks to MarinaMaroo for the pattern!
At first, Sasha wasn't happy with the fit and how big it is. But tonight, she decided to wear it to bed! A month and a half after completion, that finally inspired me to post this.

Wow! This nightgown looks like the real deal with that fancy neckline, is it a lined bodice?, sleeves, etc. It looks quite professional and I am so glad she finally has sense enough to wear it!
