Fabric bookmarks

Along with the checkbook cover, I made these two fabric bookmarks for a birthday friend.

This first one has orange birds from Ikea, and on the other side is a little cut of out-of-print Heather Ross: City Dogs. Who can resist a tiny dog in a teacup?

The other bookmark features a vintage scrap with woodland creatures on one side.

The flip side uses a Japanese owl print.

Hot rice packs

For a friend who is fighting the never-ending migraine, two handmades that promote relaxation and reduce stress! Rice packs - one to wrap around the back of the neck, and one for the eyes/sinuses.

The stripes are an Amy Butler print. The backside is a soft, cozy flannel. They are filled with brown rice so they just go in the microwave and then the tension melts away!

First custom purchase

My first custom item was sold on Etsy! Three cheers!

The red corderoy Valentine's Day skirt with a white chenille pocket was made in a size 6. I hope it is well received!
